A Leadership School Built for This Generation

We will fulfill this vision by cultivating leaders through Scripture, spiritual formation, and hands-on ministry—where maturity is forged, gifts are stewarded, and assignments are activated.

At KCLS, students are equipped with learning the ways of God, growing in intimacy with Him, and having the opportunity to impact the world around them.

Kingdom Culture Leadership School offers a program that includes:
  • Teachings from Seasoned Spiritual Leaders
  • Student Chapels
  • Weekly Activation & Impartation Moments
  • Small Groups
  • Track Sundays

All of which are designed to help students grow in their walk with the Lord.

KCLS Schedule:

  • Kingdom Culture Leadership School (KCLS) exists to raise spiritual leaders who are grounded in character, sharpened in gifting, and clear in purpose—bringing Heaven to earth.

    • Our mission is to mature spiritual leaders to fulfill their Kingdom assignment in every sphere God entrusts to them. This begins with daily personal encounters.

    • Teaching from seasoned spiritual leaders who carry proven character, wisdom, and Kingdom experience.

    • Rich encounters and activation nights (chapel/impartation) that strengthen your spiritual life and train you to steward what God is doing.

    • A pathway for Year 2 internship students toward ministerial ordination, for those pursuing deeper ministry training and vocational readiness.

  • Anyone who wants to grow in their knowledge of God and make a difference in the world around them. This includes but is not limited to: Recent High School Graduates, business leaders, recently retired, stay-at-home parents, political leaders, and beyond.

  • No. KCLS is a church-based leadership and ministry formation program, not an accredited college or university. For those pursuing formal credentialing and expanded coursework, KCLS also offers a strategic partnership with Global University, where students may enroll in Global University classes (separate from KCLS) as part of a structured ministry preparation pathway.

SEEK FIRST

God wants us to have an intimate relationship with each one of us. Matthew 6:33 says, “But seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.” We are a school with a presence-driven model where we lose to gain and die to live. Our priority is Him because in His presence, anything is possible.

Matthew 6:33 | Colossians 3:1-4 |Exodus 3:15

BORN FOR MORE

Development is intentional and we will help everyone find God’s best for their life. We want to ensure we lead like Jesus through intentional development where we equip and empower others to step out of their comfort zone and walk in authority and boldness.

2 Peter 1:19-21

TEACHING AND IMPARTATION

We will have teachings from well-studied, experienced, and anointed individuals. Teaching is one of the five-fold gifts and is an important part of our spiritual growth. Engaging in intentional time studying scripture, praying, and living a life of holiness and godliness is a key component to growing as a spiritual leader.

2 Timothy 3:16 | Hebrews 4:12

FOR THE ONE

The Kingdom requires us to commit our lives to reaching the one. Jesus modeled a life of humility and “You Go First” where we value and honor one another. At KCLS, we know that our Kingdom requires us to commit our lives to reaching the one, and God has allowed us to be a part of the Body of Christ, the church, to steward moments and honor Him through honoring and loving one another.

Mark 10:45 | Luke 15:1-7

Why did you choose KCLS?
“I had a dream of the church producing large fruits (spiritually) that were being sent out in trucks to the world. KCLS offers a place to grow in the fruits of the spirit. The integrity and heart of the pastors made me say “yes” to KCLS. I trust the leadership to help me grow spiritually.”

What would you tell future KCLS Students?
“KCLS is an extension of what you see on a Sunday. Leadership at KCLS reflects integrity and the heart of God, which is consistent from Monday to Thursday.”

Why did you choose KCLS?“I explored other leadership schools but my desire was to be poured into by leaders who were pure, untainted vessels. I knew that KCLS was aligned with a Kingdom mindset and it is what God called me to be a part of. KCLS’s Kingdom perspective and environment has been essential to learning and developing my personal leadership.”

What would you tell future KCLS Students?“Before making a decision, make sure you are called to it. Whatever God has for you here, if you steward it well, you will gain fruit from it. Pray and think carefully before saying “yes” — the reward will follow.”
