KCLS is a two-year leadership experience that exists to develop and activate you in your God-given identity, purpose, and influence.
We’re a leadership school that believes in training up the next generation of confident, bold leaders who will transform culture with heaven.
At KCLS, students are equipped with learning the ways of God, growing in intimacy with Him, and having the opportunity to impact the world around them.
SEEK FIRST
God wants us to have an intimate relationship with each one of us. Matthew 6:33 says, “But seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.” We are a school with a presence-driven model where we lose to gain and die to live. Our priority is Him because in His presence, anything is possible.

Development is intentional and we will help everyone find God’s best for their life. We want to ensure we lead like Jesus through intentional development where we equip and empower others to step out of their comfort zone and walk in authority and boldness.

TEACHING AND IMPARTATION
We will have teachings from well-studied, experienced, and anointed individuals. Teaching is one of the five-fold gifts and is an important part of our spiritual growth. Engaging in intentional time studying scripture, praying, and living a life of holiness and godliness is a key component to growing as a spiritual leader.

FOR THE ONE
The Kingdom requires us to commit our lives to reaching the one. Jesus modeled a life of humility and “You Go First” where we value and honor one another. At KCLS, we know that our Kingdom requires us to commit our lives to reaching the one, and God has allowed us to be a part of the Body of Christ, the church, to steward moments and honor Him through honoring and loving one another.

Kingdom Culture Leadership School (KCLS) is designed to help spiritual believers become spiritual leaders that passionately pursue a life of heaven on earth.

Daily classroom teaching from seasoned spiritual leaders, student chapels, weekly activation and impartation moments, small groups, leadership tracks and outreach are designed to help you grow in your walk with the Lord. You will be equipped with learning the ways of God, growing in intimacy with Him and have the opportunity to impact the world around you.
Anyone who wants to grow in their knowledge of God and make a difference in the world around them. This includes but is not limited to, recent High School Graduates, business leaders, recently retired, stay-at-home moms, political leaders, and beyond.
KCLS partners with Southeastern University (SEU) as an extension site for those who want to pursue an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree. SEU Students will meet on Campus Tuesday – Thursday from 2:30PM – 4:30PM.
However, KCLS is not a College. KCLS allows us to be hyper-focused on what God has called us to and that is to grow spiritual leaders who will lead and make an impact in every environment. We understand that many are called to full-time vocational ministry, but many are also called to the marketplace. We believe KCLS will be the launching pad for both.
Southeastern University is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges to award associate, baccalaureate, masters, and doctorate degrees. KCLS is not accredited by SACS Commission on Colleges, and the accreditation of Southeastern University does not extend to or include KCLS students. Students must be admitted by Southeastern University and enrolled in university courses to receive the benefits of regional accreditation.
